Giacomo Casanova - Classic Room

Giacomo Casanova, the infamous 18th century Venetian womanizer and adventurer, epitomized Venice as the “Pleasure Capital” of the world. His life was full of adventure including duels, elaborate schemes, espionage and diplomatic missions. Casanova ended up as a librarian in the Chateau of Dux of Bohemia where he wrote his autobiography, “Histoire de ma vie” (History of my Life): which became the most authentic reference of European social life of the 18th century.

A parquet wooden floor and silk covered walls adorn the Casanova Room, which provides sumptuous and spacious accommodation in a king sized bed. The marble bathroom includes walk-in shower and complimentary luxury toiletries. Guests enjoy international satellite TV, complimentary bottled water, a minibar and free Wi-Fi along with a private terrace overlooking the rooftops of Venice, from which to enjoy the Venetian sun to complete the luxury.
